Message	While there is something to "black body radiation" painting most items will actually reduce the cooling. Most of the time when you see something that is a ture blavk body radiator they are using special highly thermally conductive paint, not just your off the shelf spray paint. Off the shelf spray paint is actually a very good insulator, the exact opposite of what you want.
